In this role, you and your spouse will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to a group of 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds, helping them develop essential life skills and promoting a positive atmosphere within the residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to students
- Develop and implement strategies to promote student engagement and motivation
- Help students develop essential life skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting

Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
