As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you and your spouse will serve as flex houseparents for groups of 8-12 students.
You will provide guidance and nurturing in a structured environment, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
Couples must demonstrate integrity, adhere to campus guidelines, and be prepared to lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
