We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we offer a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off. Workdays include a period of personal time while students are at school. You will also receive three-week paid summer vacation. Qualifications and Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. Couples must abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, with limitations on pets. Valid driver's licenses and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required. Additionally, couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. High school diplomas or GEDs are also required, along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Finally, candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
