About the Role
As a houseparent at Milton Hershey School, you will be responsible for providing daily care and support to a small group of students, ages 4-18. You will live on campus with your partner and work together to create a warm and welcoming home environment that promotes the students' physical, emotional, and academic growth.
Your role will involve developing and implementing strategies to support the students' social, emotional, and academic development, as well as managing household responsibilities and working collaboratively with other houseparents and school staff.
