As a Residential Youth Care Provider, you will be responsible for mentoring students, managing household tasks, and maintaining a family-like atmosphere. This position requires a high degree of integrity, as all staff members are role models for the students.

This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older. You must be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
The salary for this position is $43,825 per person, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings and flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability options, and retirement savings.
In addition to the competitive compensation, you will also receive relocation assistance and paid training. The schedule consists of nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school. You will also enjoy a three-week paid summer vacation.
