About the Role
Flex houseparents are responsible for providing guidance and nurture to a small group of students in a family-like setting. They handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and managing household budgets.
To succeed in this role, couples must have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
