About the Role
Milton Hershey School is seeking a married couple to serve as Residential Youth Care Specialists. As a key member of our team, you will reside in an on-campus student home and provide a stable, family-like environment for our students.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily care and support to students, including meals, transportation, and personal needs
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive living environment
- Participate in daily devotions and Sunday chapel services with students
Requirements
- Couples must be legally married and have been together for at least two years
- Both spouses should be at least 27 years old
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
