About the Role
As a married couple, you will reside in an on-campus student home, creating a family-like environment and providing guidance and support to students. Your responsibilities will include transportation, medication administration, budgeting, and reporting. You will be assigned to one specific home after covering different student homes initially.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be eligible, couples must have been legally married for at least two years, with both spouses being 27 or older. They should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must hold a high school diploma or GED and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. They must also demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for students. Additionally, couples must complete an individual employment application.
