Job Description
We're seeking married couples to become flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a flex houseparent, you'll reside in an on-campus student home with your spouse, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. You'll handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting, while also participating in daily devotions and Sunday chapel services.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. We also require valid driver's licenses and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
