Milton Hershey School is seeking qualified married couples to join our team as Residential Youth Care Providers. As a residential youth care provider, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and supportive family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
The ideal candidate couple will have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and they must have been legally married for at least two years. A high school diploma or GED is required, and both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
As a Residential Youth Care Provider, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a group of approximately 8-12 students. This includes handling various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more. You will also be expected to lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
