Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our community as flex houseparents. In this role, you will provide a family-like structure for students, handle responsibilities such as transportation and medication administration, and support students' personal growth. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), relocation assistance, and paid training.
As a flex houseparent team, you will take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services and participate in their daily devotions. You will also have opportunities to engage in counseling and mentoring activities, helping students achieve their full potential. Requirements include experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and a valid driver's license.
