We are seeking dedicated couples to become Youth Care Providers at Milton Hershey School, where they will work closely with students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of these students.
As a Youth Care Provider, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing students in a group home setting, providing a supportive and stable environment. You will work closely with your spouse to ensure that the needs of the students are met.
