As a Residential Youth Care Specialist, you and your spouse will be responsible for creating a family-like atmosphere in one of our on-campus student homes. This includes managing daily responsibilities such as mentorship, transportation, and care, ensuring that our students feel loved, supported, and valued.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans is also required.
