Job Opportunity
We are seeking experienced couples to join our team as Residential Youth Caregivers, providing a loving and stable environment for our students. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and personal growth of our students.
Responsibilities
- Guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students
- Managing household tasks and ensuring a family-like atmosphere
- Supporting the academic and personal growth of our students
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Couples must have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
