Residential Youth Caregiver

Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a nurturing environment for 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Couples will work together to guide students, manage household tasks, and participate in community values, ensuring a family-like atmosphere. This role offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, making it a unique opportunity for dedicated couples committed to educational support.

The ideal candidate couple has experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and has been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.

Benefits include:

• A total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more
