We are seeking married couples to become houseparents at Milton Hershey School, providing a family-like structure and guidance for our students.
As houseparents, you will reside on-campus and play a vital role in the lives of our students. Your responsibilities will include managing household duties, assisting with daily routines, and serving as role models.

Key qualifications include experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. A high school diploma or GED is required, and both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
