We are seeking married couples to become houseparents at Milton Hershey School, providing a family-like structure and guidance for our students.
As houseparents, you will reside on-campus and play a vital role in the lives of our students. Your responsibilities will include managing household duties, assisting with daily routines, and serving as role models.

A high school diploma or GED is required, and both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
