Thanks to the generosity of Milton and Catherine Hershey, who founded the school in 1909, we have the resources to ensure both students and staff thrive. We're hiring married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a consistent family-like structure for our students. Flex houseparents reside on-campus student homes and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.

Qualifications
We're looking for couples with experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have a high school diploma or GED. Valid driver's licenses and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are also required. Candidates must demonstrate integrity and a commitment to leading students in daily devotions and chapel services.
