As Flex Houseparents, you will provide a nurturing family-like environment for 8-12 students, guiding and supporting them in their academic and personal growth. You will be responsible for handling daily responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.

You will work on a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school. You will also receive a three-week paid summer vacation.
We are looking for couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
We require both spouses to be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. We also expect candidates to demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for students.
