The Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to act as flex houseparents, providing nurturing support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
This role involves managing a student home, ensuring a family-like environment, and supporting educational and personal development. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and other duties.

Qualifications:
• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• Couples must have been legally married for at least two years
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
• Ability to abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and limitations on pets
• Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for students.
