At Milton Hershey School, we're seeking dedicated married couples to join our team as residential youth caregivers. This unique opportunity involves living on-campus with students from disadvantaged backgrounds and providing guidance, support, and a family-like environment.
What We Offer
We provide a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple. Additionally, we offer relocation assistance and paid training.
The role requires flexibility, with a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off. You'll have time for personal activities while students are at school, and enjoy a three-week paid summer vacation.
Qualifications
To be considered, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and you'll need to abide by our smoke-free and weapon-free campus policies. We also require valid driver's licenses and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
