What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Youth Leaders position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Residential Youth Leaders, responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. As a Couple's Caregiver, you and your spouse will create a safe and supportive environment, promoting academic achievement and personal growth.
Our ideal candidates have experience working with youth, preferably in residential settings. Both spouses must be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. We require a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
