Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Youth Development Specialists, playing a vital role in the lives of disadvantaged students. This unique opportunity allows couples to provide a nurturing, family-like environment while working together as a team.
As a Youth Development Specialist, you will reside on-campus with your partner and support students from pre-K through 12th grade. Your responsibilities will include guiding student homes, managing daily routines, and providing emotional support. You will also be involved in various activities, such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting.
This role requires a high degree of commitment and integrity from both spouses. You must be able to work collaboratively, lead by example, and demonstrate a passion for supporting youth development. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also essential requirements.
