As a houseparent, you will be responsible for providing a safe, loving, and supportive environment for our students. This includes:
• Creating a sense of belonging and community among students
• Encouraging personal growth, development, and well-being
• Managing daily routines, including meals, homework, and activities
• Maintaining open communication with students, staff, and parents

Requirements and Eligibility:
• Experience working with youth, preferably in a residential setting
• Legally married couple for at least two years

• Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
