Job Responsibilities
As a Family Care Provider, you will be responsible for:
- Providing a consistent and supportive family-like environment for our students
- Guiding students in their personal and academic development
- Engaging in daily activities with students, such as homework help, meal preparation, and recreational activities
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A strong commitment to education and integrity
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- A high school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
Benefits and Compensation
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
- Salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
