Job Responsibilities
We are looking for married couples to join our team as flex houseparents. As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for leading a small group of students and engaging in day-to-day activities with them. You will also be responsible for handling various tasks such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older and have a high school diploma or GED. You must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, which translates to a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple.
