This unique career path requires consideration and commitment from both spouses. As a flex houseparent, you will reside in an on-campus student home with your spouse and provide guidance and support to a group of approximately 8-12 students.

You will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment that fosters academic and personal growth. You will work closely with other staff members to ensure the well-being of all students.
