As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you and your spouse will reside in on-campus housing, providing a structured family-like environment for students. Your responsibilities will include managing household tasks, administering medication, and transporting students while fostering a positive and safe atmosphere. You will also lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.

You will also enjoy a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school. Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you must have:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
