What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Youth Support Staff position at Milton Hershey School?
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking couples who are comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. You should be able to demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
Candidates must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have a valid driver's license. Ability to become certified to drive student home vans is required.
Benefits include salary, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off.
