Milton Hershey School is seeking caring and experienced couples to join our team as flex houseparents. As part of our residential education program, you will live on campus and care for a small group of students, providing a family-like environment and supporting their academic and personal growth.

You will be responsible for creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive living environment, promoting positive relationships between students, and contributing to their overall well-being. Your Key Responsibilities:
* Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive living environment for students
* Establish a family-like atmosphere in the student home, promoting positive relationships and teamwork
* Develop and implement strategies to promote students' academic, social, and emotional growth
* Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure seamless support for students
Requirements:
* Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
* Both spouses must be age 27 or older
* No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
* Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
* Comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
