We are seeking experienced couples to join our team as flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As part of our residential youth support program, you will provide a stable and loving environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Milton Hershey School is a private school that offers a comprehensive education to students in pre-K through 12th grade. Our school was founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey and is fully endowed, ensuring we can provide our students and staff with everything they need to thrive.
Your Role
As a flex houseparent, you will live on campus with your spouse and care for a group of 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing daily care and supervision for students.
- Assisting with household chores and meal planning.
- Participating in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
