The Flex Houseparent Role
As a Flex Houseparent, you'll be part of a dynamic team that works together to create a family-like atmosphere for our students. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a strong commitment to supporting the academic and personal growth of your students.
Responsibilities
- Providing guidance and support to your assigned group of students
- Handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
