In this role, you will work collaboratively with your spouse to create a supportive and nurturing environment for a group of students, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations.
You will be responsible for managing daily responsibilities and activities, ensuring the well-being and safety of your assigned students. Our Residential Youth Support Specialists enjoy a competitive salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple) and a unique schedule that includes nine days on followed by three days off. You will also have the opportunity to take advantage of a three-week paid summer vacation and enjoy a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
