Milton Hershey School is seeking a married couple to serve as Residential Youth Support Specialists. As part of our team, you will provide guidance and support to a group of students from disadvantaged backgrounds, living on campus in a family-like environment.
Job Description
As Residential Youth Support Specialists, you will oversee the daily activities and needs of your assigned group of students. This includes providing emotional support, helping with homework, and participating in daily devotions. You will also be responsible for handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and they must have been legally married for at least two years. They should also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.

Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- This is a two-person job for couples who meet the requirements
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, with no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Limitations on pets, only fish and one dog of approved breeds are permitted
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students
