What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Youth Support Staff position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking dedicated married couples to join our team as Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. In this role, you will reside in an on-campus student home with your partner and provide guidance and support to a group of approximately 8-12 students.
About the Role:
- Live on-campus with your partner in a student home
- Guide and nurture students in a family-like environment
- Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting
- Work closely with other staff members to ensure students' needs are met
What We Offer:
- Salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
