What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Youth Support Staff position at Milton Hershey School?
We are looking for experienced individuals who have a passion for working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. As a Residential Youth Caregiver at Milton Hershey School, you will work in partnership with your spouse to create a supportive and inclusive environment for students.
Responsibilities will include providing daily devotions, taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, and participating in student activities. You will also be required to manage household responsibilities, including driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
This is a two-person job that requires couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
