As a House Parent at Milton Hershey School, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. This unique opportunity allows couples to work together as a team, guiding 8-12 students and creating a supportive living space.
We are looking for a married couple who shares our commitment to education and community. The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and both spouses should be age 27 or older.
