What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Youth Support Team Members position at Milton Hershey School?
About the Role
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to fill the position of residential youth caregivers. As part of our team, you will provide a supportive and nurturing environment for students in need.
Your responsibilities will include guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting. You will also be expected to lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
We are looking for couples who possess experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must be legally married for at least two years, have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including salary, medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings and flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability options, and retirement savings. Relocation assistance and paid training are also provided.
This is an excellent opportunity for couples who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of students in need.
