The Milton Hershey School is a world-renowned private school that provides a career-focused education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a flex houseparent, you will play a critical role in helping students develop essential life skills and achieve their full potential.
You will live on-campus with your spouse and care for a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include providing a family-like structure, administering medication, budgeting, and handling daily responsibilities.
