Key Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You and your spouse must be age 27 or older, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. You will also need to demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application and be willing to relocate to Hershey, PA.
