As a houseparent couple, you will be responsible for creating a family-like environment for approximately 8-12 students. This includes managing daily routines, preparing meals, administering medication, and handling various household duties. You will also serve as role models, teaching life skills, values, and morals to your students.
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, along with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings accounts, and retirement plans. In addition to the compensation package, you will have access to a flexible schedule, with nine days on followed by three days off. You will also enjoy three weeks of paid summer vacation, providing ample time to relax and recharge.
To qualify as a houseparent couple, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be a married couple with at least two years of marriage
- Both spouses must be at least 27 years old
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy
- Have valid driver's licenses
