As a Student Advocate at Milton Hershey School, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal growth of our students. As a flex houseparent, you will guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students in a family-like structure, residing in on-campus student homes with your spouse.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, preferably in under-served settings, and be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
