What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Care Providers position at Milton Hershey School?
We are looking for married couples who share our commitment to providing exceptional care and support to our students at Milton Hershey School.
As Family Guidance Professionals, you will reside in one of our on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and leading daily devotions.

- A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are required
- Candidates must abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy
- Only fish and one dog of approved breeds are permitted in the student home
What We Offer:
- Salary of $43,825 per person, totaling $150,000 per couple, which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more
