Job Description
We are seeking married couples to serve as houseparents, providing a stable and loving environment for students in our on-campus homes.
Responsibilities
- Live on-campus with your spouse and provide daily care and support to students
- Plan and lead activities, trips, and outings with students
- Manage household responsibilities, including meal planning, cleaning, and maintenance
Requirements
- Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must have been legally married for at least two years
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and pass a background check
