What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Caregivers and Mentors position at Milton Hershey School?

We are hiring married couples to become Flex Houseparents, who will reside in on-campus student homes and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students.
As Flex Houseparents, you will handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will also lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
We offer a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple, which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
