The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for working with youth and a proven track record of making a positive impact in their lives. Both spouses must be comfortable taking on leadership roles and working together as a team. A high school diploma or GED is required, and candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
Schedule
- Nine days on followed by three days off
- Workdays include a period of personal time while students are at school
- Three-week paid summer vacation
