We are seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents, providing a consistent family-like structure for students and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to work as a team.

Milton Hershey School was founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey. We are fully endowed and have the resources to ensure both students and staff are provided everything they need to thrive. Our campus is smoke-free and weapon-free, with limitations on pets.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Both spouses must complete an individual employment application
- Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
