What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Caregivers position at Milton Hershey School?
Couples applying for this role should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, being able to work effectively with students, staff, and families.
Both spouses should have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
They should also demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for students. Couples must be willing to commit to a two-year contract and relocate to Hershey, PA.
Educational Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED required.
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
