About the Role
You will reside in one of our on-campus student homes, guiding and supporting a group of 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include managing the household, planning meals, and organizing activities that promote socialization and teamwork.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy. You should be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.

Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Legally married couple, both aged 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children residing in the student home
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
