We are seeking experienced couples to join our team as Student Caregiving Partners. As part of our staff, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment for students in our care. Your role will involve managing daily responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and fostering a family-like atmosphere.
This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students while working with your partner. We are looking for couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. Our flexible schedule includes nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school.
