About the Role:
As flex houseparents, you will reside in on-campus homes with a group of approximately 8-12 students, guiding and mentoring them in their daily lives.
The role requires a flexible approach, as you will be rotating through different student homes initially before being assigned to one specific home.

Qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
